The above shipment is tendered for carriage by air. The undersigned, on behalf of ( __公司英文抬头_______ ), hereby declares and confirms that :
1. The originator of the freight is known to me and I am satisfied that the contents are as stated and safe for carriage ;
OR The originator of the freight is known to me and, to the best of my knowledge, the contents are safe for carriage.
AND
2. This is to confirm that the shipments/consignments under the AWB(s) mentioned herein have been satisfactorily 100% security screened and then protected from unauthorised interference till transferred to a subsequent agent/sub agent or any such party that may deliver the shipment to Emirates appointed cargo handler for transportation on Emirates aircraft.
3. This confirms that this shipment/consignment does not contain unknown / dangerous / hazardous substances unless accompanied by a ‘Dangerous Goods Declaration’.
4. This is to confirm that this shipment/consignment does not contain contraband / explosives / undeclared / falsely declared / personal goods/ unaccompanied baggage / prohibited items or articles / incendiary devices / other illegal substances.
5. Personal effects and household goods are accounted for on an air waybill and cargo from unknown customers and / or customers whose reliability are doubtful are delivered separately and identified to the carrier for security measures. Our customers have been informed and we agree that cargo can be subject to measures ensuring the security of the air traffic.
